A compassionate space where your grief can be fully expressed. Any loss can have a profound effect on how we can cope. Facing loss is a journey on which I can offer empathy, support and time for you to grieve and perhaps begin to imagine what life will look like after your loss. I specialise also and have lived experience of loss through suicide.
All sessions last 50 minutes, providing a focused and intentional space for meaningful work. Counselling sessions are available either in person or online, offering flexibility to suit individual circumstances and preferences. Mentoring sessions are more informal in style and usually take place as a walk, in a coffee shop or in another suitable setting in Portsmouth. This relaxed approach can help create a natural and comfortable environment for conversation and growth.
